Hanoi - Ha Long Bay - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc ( 6 Day/ 5 Night)

Hoa Lu was the first capital of Vietnam since 10th century. The area is also one of out standing beauty natural with limestone peaks whose splendor is often said to surpass that of Ha Long Bay. It is true that Hoa Lu & Tam Coc is often referred to as the Ha Long Bay on land.

ITINERARY (5 Days/4 Nights)

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival 
Arrive Hanoi and check in Hotel – welcome drink.
After Dinner Then enjoy Water Puppet show which is a tradition that dates back as far as the 11th century CE when it originated in the villages of the Red River Delta area of northern Vietnam
Night 1: Overnight in Hotel 

Day 2: Hanoi - Ha Long Bay (B,L,D)
7.45: Pick you up from your hotel, departure to Halong Bay.
10.00: Have a short break on the halfway about 20 minutes
12.00: Arrive at Bai Chay, Halong Tourism Harbour.
12.15: Transfer by tender to Golden Lotus Junk, enjoy welcome drink.
12.30: Start cruising to visit Ha Long Bay and check in cabins.
13.00: Have lunch - Vietnamese Set Menu. Golden Lotus Junk will take you to cruise through the most beautiful place of the bay with the famous islets such as Cock Fighting, Dinh Huong islets…

15.30: Transfer by tender from boat to Surprising Cave.
16.00: Enjoy kayaking and swimming on Titop Beach or relaxing on Golden Lotus Junk. After that back on board and continue cruising to dock for overnight and Enjoy the cooking class on sundeck.
19.00: Dinner - enjoy Vietnamese food.
21.00: Evening activities: sing karaoke or join squid fishing with our crew
Night 2: Overnight on board.

Day 3: Ha Long Bay - Hanoi (B, L)
6.00: Starting your day with taichi on the sundeck.
7.15: Have a breakfast
8.00: To Ti Top island. Climb to the top of Titop, sightseeing Halong Bay's panorama view or relaxing, swimming at the Ti Top beach.
9.30: Return to the boat. Check out cabins. Enjoy relaxing & have a sunbathing on sundeck while our boat is back on different route
10.45: Enjoy Set Menu served in dining room while seeing the bay scenery when we approach the pier (passing Fight Cocks, Incense Burner, Stone Dog)
(Or have lunch at restaurant near Halong Harbour).
12.00:Transfer by tender to the pier and relax inside the pier building while waiting for return transportation
12.20: Transfer back to Hanoi. You will arrive in Hanoi approximately at 16:30.
Night 3: Overnight in Hotel 

Day 4: Hoa Lu – Tam Coc (B,L)
Breakfast at hotel. AM : 7:45 - 8:15. Our guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, then leave by coach to Hoa Lu (2.5 hrs). Visit the historic capital of Vietnam and the famous ancient temples of Le and The Dinh Dynasties.  Bus transfer or cycle for an hour on picturesque quiet roads through villages~ rice fields~ rivers and rocky outcrops to Tam Coc (12km) for lunch.
PM :  Boat trip to visit Tam Coc to see the beauty of the karts formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone.

Dive back to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel around at 18:00PM.
Dinner at your account. Overnight in Hanoi city.
Night 4: Overnight in Hotel 

Day 5: Hanoi City Tour & Departure (B,L)
M: 08:00-08:30 Our guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Then visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho's final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts. Lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda; founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Continue to visit the Quan Thanh Temple (Taoist - dating from the Ly Dynasty) and Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on West lake (One of the oldest in Vietnam). 

Lunch.
PM: After lunch proceed to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam. Vietnam’s first university constructed in 1070, it’s gardens and well-preserved architecture offers a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Then visit Bat Trang pottery village. After that, we will take you past Hoan Kiem Lake to see the peaceful waters and visit Ngoc Son temple. For the end of the tour, visit by coach trip along the Hanoi Old Quarter.  Free for shopping until 15:30. Tour ends around at 16:00.

Day 5:  Free and easy in Hanoi (B,L)
Free and easy for shopping and discover Hanoi City tour by yourself.
